In addition to built-in support for Google Analytics and Google search, ContentCafé makes it easy to integrate other Google services into your web site.

Integrating these services is done by using the "Text" element and copying text from the Google service.

Google Maps
The
The first step to getting a Google map on a ContentCafé page is to view the map at http://maps.google.com/.

Once you have the map view you want, click on the "Link" link that appears in the upper right just above the map image (see the photo at the left). Select the text that appears below "Paste HTML to embed in website" and copy it. This is the HTML code used to select a map from Google Maps.

Now, on a ContentCafé page in edit mode, select the "Text" element where you want the map to appear (or add one to a container on the page) and click the "Content Data" link in the control panel. Paste the text you copied from the Google Maps web site into the "Content" input and click the "OK" button.

Save the changes and your page will now include the map from Google Maps.

Google Calendar
Google calendar HTML code
To embed a Google Calendar into a ContentCafé web page you first need to copy the HTML code for the calendar to embed. You can get this code by logging into Google Calendar and clicking on the "Settings" link in the upper right and then choosing "Calendar settings".

Click on the "Calendars" tab then click on the name of the calendar. The "Embed This Calendar" section contains the code to copy (it's the IFRAME tag). Copy the HTML.

Now, on a ContentCafé page in edit mode, select the "Text" element where you want the search form and results to appear (or add one to a container on the page) and click the "Content Data" link in the control panel. Paste the text you copied above into the "Content" input and click the "OK" button.

Your calendar will appear within your web design. Remember, anything that appears in the calendar in Google will also appear on this calendar (even private events).
